Kicking off the festivities of New York Tartan Week, Fashion world insiders Jeffrey Banks and Doria de La Chapelle donned their beloved tartans as they celebrated the re-launch of their best-selling book Tartan: Romancing the Plaid, Tuesday, April 7th, at the iconic and William Ivey Long–designed, Scottish Venue, Shoolbred’s in New York City.
Touted as the definitive book on all things tartan, the co-authors personally signed copies of their book, to their esteemed guests that included New York’s Fashion elite.
The guests were abuzz over all things tartan, reigniting the ‘mad for plaid’ hysteria the book originally sparked in 2007.
